In a personal meeting we will determine your preferred learning content and your course objectives, after we have determined the language competence level of the participants with a placement test. A detailed course concept is then drawn up in consultation with the carefully selected trainers and participants. Your trainer is either a native speaker or speaks the target language fluently and accompanies the participants throughout the entire course. This creates a personal relationship in the virtual space as well, combining the useful with the pleasant.
In virtual classroom training, the course meets in our virtual classroom. There the participants have access to numerous interactive and interesting applications. The material can be viewed and used by the participants before, during and after the course; notes, graphics and explanations of a session are stored on a whiteboard to follow the course chronologically and additional exercises are offered in extra modules to deepen the individual course objectives.
Participants are not bound to fixed times or locations for training courses and have access to the material collection anywhere and anytime. The trainer is also responsible for coordinating dates and times directly with the participants for maximum flexibility.
After each unit, the participant can provide immediate feedback to ensure customer satisfaction with the course content and the course schedule as well as the achievement of the jointly agreed course objectives.

The contact persons in your company work closely with our customer advisors in organizing the courses and remain available at all times during the course. Detailed stock-taking and automated feedback loops, which are available on your account at all times on the clearly structured course platform, ensure that the employees from the HR department are always kept up to date in the easiest way possible.
After a detailed consultation, we put together the course groups on the basis of a grading and needs analysis, select the specialist trainers and coordinate the course dates with you. A close exchange of information between FOKUS and the customer enables a continuous overview of the course progress, training progress and quality assurance measures. In regular feedback meetings we take up suggestions and wishes for the training. At the end of the training, a certificate documents the learning progress achieved. All documents relating to internal and administrative processes are stored in our course management system and can be accessed at any time via an individual login.
Each customer has a fixed contact person who takes over and coordinates the preparation and organisation of the training courses and is available to you throughout the entire training. We are also happy to provide information material for your company for internal support, in order to convince decision-makers of the quality and benefits of our services when booking a course.
On request, we can integrate our FOKUS-ONLINE learning portal into your business applications. We are DSGVO compliant.
